PostSubject: Let's Coordinate!   Wed Oct 13, 2010 2:27 am

I'd like to raise the problem of cordination among teachers of English in Middle schools.
Do techers really need to coordinate in order to succeed in their job?
What to discuss in such meetings ? when to meet? And how to meet ?
Must teachers stick to the official instructions concerning the subject ? or is it an on going task?
Who is supposed to conduct the fact? Novice teachers? or senior(grey haired )teachers?
Is it a fact of complementarity or superiority?
Dear colleagues ,le'ts share ideas about the subject and why not get benefit from oneanother.
Don't live for yourself enable others to follow your footprints

Sorry for the delay but I completely agree with you in the fact that coordination is necessary between Middle School teachers all over the country.
I think that our forum or any other one should play its role in being the meeting point for teachers and their discussions about the big number of problems they're facing daily, starting by lesson planning, behaviour of pupils, assessements, too large syllabuses in an insufficient timing and so on.
I also believe that there's no difference between any teachers; a new teacher may have very useful ideas.
Well, Let's really START.

That's certainly true for ideas but the problrm is how to deal with and transfer them properly to the learners .
Noone has the right to deny their abilities, but are they really able to work on their own?
I don't say ,they have to work alone, instead experienced teachers must help them in attaining their objectives by guiding them and providing them with the positive side of their experience.
What do you think of this?
